The Textile Machinery Association
Over 120 of the most important manufacturers of textile machinery and accessories from all sectors of the trade are affiliated within the VDMA Textile Machinery Association. The largest parts of the companies are medium-sized firms and stand for approximately 90 per cent of the entire sector volume. In 2015, the branch produced textile machinery worth about 3,1 billion € Euros.
VDMA: German Technology meets Vietnamese Textiles
03.06.2016 Two technological conferences themed “German Technology meets Vietnamese Textile” will be held on 5th July in Hanoi and 7th July in Ho Chi Minh City. Mayer & Cie. receives award for resource efficiency Baden-Württemberg honours exemplary energy-related renovation
25.10.2017 Circular knitting machine manufacturer Mayer & Cie. (MCT) has received an award from Baden-Württemberg for the energy-related renovation of its building services. Franz Untersteller, Minister for the Environment, Climate Protection and the Energy Sector, named Mayer & Cie. one of the state’s 100 Resource Efficient Companies. He presented the award at the Resource Efficiency and Recycling Congress held in Stuttgart on 18 and 19 October 2017.
